Can I join another group on the tour?

All tours are private, but if a single participant or a couple expresses the interest to join another group, this will be communicated with all parties to ensure everyone is agreeable to the arrangement.

What are your cancellation policies?

• A full (100%) refund will processed if cancellation is done
  1 week prior to the date of booking.

• A partial (50%) refund will processed if cancellation is done
  4 days prior to the date of booking.

• Postponement within 12 months is allowed for a group booking if one or more participants are ill or injured. A medical report will need to be provided and is subject to approval by the Batu Sungai Team. If the group decides to proceed, a full (100%) refund will be processed for the ill or injured participant.
